Commission Types and Pricing
Basic Sketches
$5 - $10
Basic Sketches include a single character or landscape outline. Depending on the complexity the usual price does not exceed $10, unless a landscape or character is particularly challenging.
Terms of Service
1. Display prices are subject to change depending on complexity and other factors discussed with artist.

2.Payment must be made in full before the artist will begin to work on a commission piece.

3. A reference or detailed description of
the character (or scene) must be provided, after which prices will be discussed.
​
4. Payments must be made on Paypal with USD only.
​
5. Client will have the opportunity to direct alterations of the work during the sketch/thumbnail stage, and again at the flat color stage. Requested revisions that diverge from the Client‘s original commission description/references may increase the length of time a commissions takes.Minor revisions can be made after the commission is complete.

6. Major revisions will be billed as an extra charge(or charges).

7. The Artist will keep contact with the client during the commission process, should anything change or need to be addressed during the commission process.

8. Refunds for commissions may be asked for during the initial phases of the commission only.
​
9. If asking for a refund, DO NOT cancel or refund transaction via Paypal. Simply ask for a refund and the money will be returned.

10. The Artist retains the right to display all commissioned work on any personal website, gallery, or journal. If the commissioned work is a time-sensitive gift the Artist may delay public showcase at the request of the Client.
11. The Artist retains ALL the rights to the commissioned artwork, including the right to make prints and merchandise, and to alter the commissioned work to make it more generic for print at the Artist’s discretion. Image rights can be negotiated for an added fee.
12. The Client retains all rights to their respective characters. This does not allow them rights to the commissioned image.
13. The Client may not profit from the artwork beyond the resale of a physical original painting or drawing (traditional media, not digital). This includes the sale of the digital files, or rights to the image.
14. The Client may create up to three prints for personal use (display in their home or as gifts). Client may also resize or crop the artwork to create icons, wallpapers, or other graphics to be used in non-commercial digital format, but the Client cannot alter the artwork itself. The Client may also upload the artwork to their personal website or gallery accompanied by a credit line to the Artist, and it must not be any high resolution or unwatermarked version of the artwork.
15. The Artist may recycle sketches and preparatory works that were rejected by the Commissioner for other commissions or personal works.

16. The Client must read and accept ToS before payment is sent. By sending a payment the Client agrees to these terms.
​
The Artist withholds the right to reject a commission inquiry based on complexity, personal preference, or other factors.
